Can you work within our existing tech stack?
Of Course! We can work within the tech stack you have in place. If there are other options, we may offer you insights to tech that is beneficial but you are under no obligation to switch.
How often do you provide reports?
Reports are provided on a monthly basis. You are always welcome to request a report at any time.
Do you provide dedicated account ownership?
All accounts are owned by you. Lee's Vault, LLC does not retain ownership of accounts for tech that pertains to your business.
What is your cancellation/change policy?
Cancellations and changes are to be sent in writing via email a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date you wish to cancel or change services.
